Open, honest, stress-free and simply purchasing - highly recommended

Customer service from beginning to end was fantastic from all members of staff, nothing was too much headache or hassle, as someone who was purchasing long distance I was kept up to date throughout the process and everything was as expected. Unfortunately I had a really poor experience with another dealer on a similar car who were deceitful on multiple occasions and hence why I went forward with Irving West Car Sales who were open and honest about everything. My journey from the midlands was definitely very worthwhile, thank you for everything and I hope purchase again in future.

Got a decent car for the misses from here. Seemed great value and no issues a month on. Guy was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately someone had pinched the wipers of the car which salesmen wasn't aware of. Got money off the total price and sourced from local Halfords. Wasn't an issue and no fault of the garages.

Great customer service
Andy was amazing. Gave a very fair price for my px and was straight on the phone when I had a minor issue with the car. He booked the car in the next day, diagnosed the fault and replaced with genuine manufacturer parts. I would certainly buy from them again.

After hrs with big dealers, waiting in queues looking at poor quality cars, it was great to visit Irving West. From when I arrived, Andy spent the whole afternoon showing me the car and going through the documents. The car was exactly as described, a really well maintained vehicle and great value, so it was well worth the trip from London.

Just wanted to leave a review about how great Simon and the team were for us, as it was hard to find a car for my son and Simon found exactly what he wanted once picked up we had a fault with it so I called Simon and he collected the car and had it fixed with in a few days and delivered back to our do with no extra cost he could do enough 5 star in my opinion will not go anywhere else. 5

Top rated. Brought a Freelander 2 last week. Was collected from the train station to view the car. Was given as much time as I wanted to go over car and a very good test drive. Last night wouldn't start because of cold weather. 1 phone call and within 2 hours new battery on car no quibbling. Would recommend to anyone and will check their stock out before I purchase from anywhere else even though I live 65 miles from them.

Really friendly customer service, I called on the Thursday to view the Ford KA the same day and fell in love so put the deposit down. Helpful, gave me support on taxing the car etc. overall an excellent service made the process very easy!

Purchased a car through these guys. Great customer service and let us test drive a couple of cars so we knew which car suited us best without any pressure. They were flexible about the collection of the car and they'd topped up with fuel to make sure we had enough to get home. Have recommended them and will continue to do so.

Great car buying experience in our Local car sales.
Excellent. Professional and very helpful. Andy even called me at home to tell me someone was looking at the car and he would call me back if it was not sold. He called me back to say the other people were coming back after looking at two other cars. We made our way to the sales room. Saw the car . Went for a test drive . Came back and negotiated the price. Checked the car again and found drivers side mirror was broken. Andy checked it and said he would get it replaced. So the car would have two new mirrors, two new front tyres and be valeted before pick up. My wife loves the car . Just perfect for what she was looking for. Pick it up on next Thursday. . This was on Saturday 16 July. Thank you Andy. Well recommended. We picked up the car on Thursday 21July and it was immaculate. Andy taxed it online for us and all the paper work done. We drove away very happy. Such a pleasure buying the car from this sales room.

Super impressed with this dealership, the car was a fair distance from my location, and they did everything they could to make life easier for me, answered all my questions prior to travelling to them, and were really professional throughout. Car is in great condition and everything as expected. They also went the extra mile with some additional requests I had, and I honestly couldn't fault them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
